Getting started
Download the official Windows installer from the home page. Open Sclyp, enter your email and then the email sign-in code. In Account, review your trial or invitation access and purchase Premium with cryptocurrency. Card payments are coming soon. Each US$7 purchase provides 30 days with manual renewal.
Account or payment problems
Describe what happened, your app version and any order reference. Check spam if your sign-in email has not arrived; wait for the displayed resend interval. A pending blockchain payment can require confirmations. Do not pay again just because confirmation is delayed. Never send sign-in codes, private keys or seed phrases. Send logs or screenshots only after checking them for personal information.
