Local files
Projects, screenshots and recordings stay on your computer. Signing in does not upload them to the account service.
Account and payments
We process your email, sign-in requests, installation identifiers, access periods, trial history, promotional activations and payment order references to authenticate you, provide purchased access, restore account access and prevent repeated trial or payment-credit activation. Signing out does not delete this history or your local files.
Providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and account service. Resend delivers email sign-in codes. NOWPayments processes cryptocurrency checkout and blockchain-payment information under its own policy. Card checkout through Creem is not currently available. Sclyp does not request wallet private keys or seed phrases. No AI agent or token service is included.
Requests and retention
Contact support@mail.sclyp.app to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Operational account records are retained while needed to provide and restore access; payment records and limited abuse-prevention history may need to remain after account deletion where required for accounting, disputes or preventing repeated trial abuse. We review retention and deletion requests individually and will explain any records we must retain. Do not send sign-in codes or private keys.
